Certificates

As well as offering finance packages for new boilers on up to 3 properties we are also able to check and certificate all your gas appliances. This also includes checking chimneys and flues. A landlord certificate is a legal, annual check required on any tenanted property with gas appliances, be it a central heating boiler, fire, cooker or hob. Although it is not a legal requirement to have a landlord certificate on an oil boiler, it is advised that these are serviced and checked annually by an Oftec registered business.

Spread the cost of new boilers over 10 months in up to 3 properties. We can help you manage your income a little more with this great finance offer, especially for landlords. We can offer you finance on up to three boilers in three separate properties at any one time, so it’s easy to keep your tenants warm and happy straight away, without breaking the bank. And we all know, things come in threes! As Worcester Accredited Installers, we’re also able to offer you upto 12 years guarantee, for that extra peace of mind.

  • Minimum age 18
  • UK resident more than 12 months
  • Own personal bank account from which the finance DD can be taken
  • Have a declared income/employment other than landlord
  • Have no more than three boiler finance packages at any one time.

We would like to advise all our customers that we are only attending emergency/essential works at the moment. This includes:

  • Gas leak on pipe work, appliances, boilers, cookers, fires (heating)
  • Gas boiler breakdown ( if you have no heating or hot water)
  • Oil leak on pipe work, appliances or boilers
  • Oil boiler breakdown (no heating or hot water)
  • Carbon monoxide alarms activated
  • Uncontrolled water leak

These are all relevant for domestic properties, static caravan homes & small businesses.

We will be asking any customers who call us for essential works; if you are self-isolating, have any symptoms of Coronavirus (or cold/flu symptoms) or been in contact with anyone who has proved positive.

We would also ask If you are arriving back from travel, either abroad or any UK city, please ensure you allow 7 days before we visit, rebooking if necessary.
