Finance is offered subject to application and credit checks, performed by Hitachi Capital PLC prior to installation commencing. A 14 day cooling off period applies to all applications. If cancelled within 14 days, alternative payment for full outstanding balance must be made.

Finance cannot be used or requested after the start of installation.

Covid-19

We would like to advise all our customers that we are only attending emergency/essential works at the moment. This includes:

  • Gas leak on pipe work, appliances, boilers, cookers, fires (heating)
  • Gas boiler breakdown ( if you have no heating or hot water)
  • Oil leak on pipe work, appliances or boilers
  • Oil boiler breakdown (no heating or hot water)
  • Carbon monoxide alarms activated
  • Uncontrolled water leak

These are all relevant for domestic properties, static caravan homes & small businesses.

We will be asking any customers who call us for essential works; if you are self-isolating, have any symptoms of Coronavirus (or cold/flu symptoms) or been in contact with anyone who has proved positive.

We would also ask If you are arriving back from travel, either abroad or any UK city, please ensure you allow 7 days before we visit, rebooking if necessary.
